Josh joined Y TREE in 2025 after spending 3 years in agency recruitment, where he specialised in Asset and Wealth Management. Now, Josh is responsible for building Y TREE’s in-house recruitment capability, driving high-quality hiring and supporting wider initiatives. He is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, believing DEI is the cornerstone of innovation. When he’s not recruiting high-performing talent, Josh can be found in the gym, spending time with friends, or pretending to be a runner!
