Having read Law at Cambridge University, Caroline started her career as a Barrister and has sat as a Magistrate for 18 years. Before joining Y TREE, Caroline ran a business with a strong emphasis on female empowerment. Caroline is helping to build the business development team at Y TREE, with a particular focus on the legal profession and encouraging more women to take the lead in their financial lives. Caroline is also an Adviser to the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women which supports women in low- and middle-income countries to set up their own businesses.
