Tom Bristowe

Tom joined Y TREE in 2025 from Hakluyt, a network-based advisory business where he spent 21 years. At Y TREE, his responsibility is to grow the community of people who know about the firm’s services, and to foster deep, reciprocal relationships that bring value to clients’ broader business and life interests. A graduate of the University of Cambridge, Tom began his career with Schroder Securities (later acquired by Citigroup). He is a trustee of the England Football Charity, recently established by the Football Association; on the development board of education charity The Difference; and on the capital appeal board of the Orpheus Centre, a college for disabled young adults.
